Wow! I have to admit that I am really looking forward to this being over! I did break down yesterday and have a bowlful of carrots and some hummus for a snack instead of a shake. I was dying for some solid food. I'm usually okay until about 2:00/3:00 then I want to eat my desk. But I held it to the carrots and hummus and a nutritious dinner, and I feel good today. I'm down another pound, for a total of 3.1 pounds in 2 days!! That does excite me very much. I know a lot of it is water weight, but that's okay. My stomach, which is my problem area, is a lot less puffy and my skin looks wonderful. I'm going to be eating very clean moving forward. I love the energy I have and the way I feel when I am eating lighter and healthier.
